Bruksizam je stru\u010dni naziv za stiskanje i \u0161kripanje zuba, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e tokom sna, ali ponekad i preko dana (posebno u gu\u017evi, saobra\u0107aju ili dok \u010ditate ra\u010dun za struju).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iako zvu\u010di bezazleno, ova navika mo\u017ee polako, ali sigurno, da o\u0161teti zube, zglobove vilice i mi\u0161i\u0107e lica.
